Products from Mortons Flour

All Mortons Flours are milled from specific wheats which are sourced from the same wheat growing areas each year. We do not buy wheat simply on the basis of cost but on the experience of the requirements for each flour. The wheats are blended and milled in order that the flours will be both consistent and give excellent baking results.
