Recipe Type: Bread
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 200C/ Gas Mark 6.
- Grate the cheddar and roughly chop the jalapeño.
- In a large mixing bowl add in the flour, the grated cheddar and the chopped jalapeños. Pour in the milk and mix quickly and lightly.
- Turn out onto a floured surface and lightly knead the dough before shaping into a disc, then score a cross along the top of the dough.
- Bake in the oven for 35 minutes and leave to cool on a wire rack before serving.
