- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 180°C Fan or Gas Mark 6.
- In a large mixing bowl, sift in the flour and add in the milk and the pesto, mixing quickly and lightly into a soft dough.
- Roll out to 1 inch thickness and shape into a round. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes or until the soda bread appears golden brown and fully risen.
- Cool on a wire rack.
