We had a wonderful evening with the Saintfield W.I. on Wednesday 12th February.
Evelyn McBurney demonstrated her simple scones using Mortons Soda Bread Flour, some delicious profiteroles with Mortons Plain Flour and even an easy to bake at home pizza, again using the popular Mortons Soda Bread Flour.
The ladies had baked a variety of delicious bakes which we got to sample on the evening and Evelyn McBurney got to judge the best Coffee Cake competition!
